Empresa Plana has renewed STOP COVID-19 certificate for another year

Empresa Plana has a biosecurity management system that meets the requirements of the Stop Covid-19 protocol for road passenger transport activities.

This certification complies with current regulations regarding the protection and safety measures adopted by the company to combat Covid-19. These measures have been established by the Ministry of Health and WHO, the purpose of which is to guarantee as much as possible to users and workers the application of the necessary tools to stop the spread of SARS-Cov-2.

For a safe journey, the competent authorities recommend:

• Mask:

• The use of a facemask is mandatory during the journey. The mask should cover nose and mouth.

• Safety distance:

• You should maintain a safe distance as far as possible from other passengers and the driver.
• At the bus stop or station, keep a patient and orderly queue, whether entering or leaving the vehicle. Facilitating the passage of other passengers is always helpful.

• Accessing the bus:

• When entering the bus, you should keep your distance from the person in front of you, and when leaving the bus, you should do so in an orderly manner. Leave space for the person in front of you when validating.
• During the journey, you must not interact with other passengers or the driver. Eating and smoking are not allowed inside the bus.
• We recommend the use of hydroalcoholic gel for washing and disinfecting hands.

Our driving staff are equipped with the following during service:

• Separation screen with the users.
• A mask covering mouth and nose.
• A safety distance from the users.

In the vehicles:

• When the service is finished, disinfection and cleaning is carried out.
• During the service, the air is renewed as far as possible. The air-conditioning system is also renewed.
