Did you know that in the last 50 years, 9 out of 10 natural disasters are related to climate change? 

Today, 5^th of June, we celebrate World Environment Day and reflect on what we can do to contribute to the preservation of nature. This day was established on 15 December 1972 at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly, hoping to raise awareness and responsibility among governments, companies and individuals.

At BusPlana we develop innovative solutions that contribute to the energy transition and the minimisation of polluting or scarce energy sources. In this sense, we have renewed 80% of our fleet over the last eight years, thereby reducing our environmental impact and the use of less polluting fuels. We have obtained buses with increasingly demanding environmental certifications, thus constantly reducing our impact on the environment, as well as strengthening quality, road safety and occupational safety.

To celebrate this day, we have acquired 6 new Irizar i6S vehicles. These models are equipped with the Euro6 'e' environmental rating, the most advanced of the Euro environmental rating, thus guaranteeing the highest level of efficiency in the reduction of emissions. These vehicles offer great comfort to their users, with Wifi, DVD player screen, microphone, reading light, leather seats, double dark glass, air conditioning, fridge and 22-volt sockets.

We encourage traveling by public transport to reduce atmospheric emissions. To move around Costa Dorada, Costa del Garraf and Barcelona, you can take the bus, this way you will be travelling in a sustainable way and helping the planet.
